Essential Skills library talks

Tutors from Moray Council’s Essential Skills service will be hosting a series of illustrated talks at libraries across Moray.

The service supports adults in developing their skills in reading, writing, numeracy, problem solving and communication.

Over a four-week period the tutors will give presentations on adult literacy and how it is promoted in Moray.

The hour-long talks will take place at Dufftown library on Wednesday, May 4 at 2.30pm, Milne’s in Fochabers on Wednesday, May 11 at 6.30pm, Buckie on Thursday, May 12 at 6pm, Burghead on Wednesday, May 18 at 6pm, Cullen on Thursday, May 19 at 2.30pm, Tomintoul on Tuesday, May 24 at 2.30pm, Keith on Wednesday, May 25 at 3pm, Forres on Thursday, May 26 at 6pm and Aberlour on Wednesday, June 1 at 7pm.
